Walking alone around a kindergarten in Pripyat was a very unsettling but fascinating experience.

Wondering how these kids must have felt growing up in this new Atomic city and then suddenly being told “we don’t live here any more”.

The kindergarten was full of rusted and rotting toys, cots, and child-sized gas masks.

Hauntingly beautiful and almost playful until the reality sets in as to why it exists in the state that it does.
